Must support encrypted database stuff.

Step 1:
	create database creation app with full admin functions

	support encryption options on master server

	Import full deck into folder and encrypt it
	each master deck into its own folder
	Master file for "special" cards
	Special cards can only be awarded individually

	support encrypted internet use (for database stuff only)
